Click Register on  top left of the page and register to become free member, you will receive your new Membership number and our UK address. This Membership number gives you dedicated space in our Distribution Center in London UK. You can provide Our UK address and your unique Membership number for all of your online shopping. Once your purchases arrive at our UK Center, we will send you E-mail confirmation the receipt of your parcel and you will be able to see in your Account.

Step 2: Shop online with any UK or European merchant .

Time to shop! Shop at millions of online shopping sites in the UK and EU including auction sites like Ebay, Amazon or  famous and brand stores such as Tesco, Asda , PC world , NEXT, Debenhams  and many small independent retailers.

Merchants get the benefit of UshopWD’s exporting expertise, while you get access to full product offerings as well as the best pricing!

Step 3: Use Our UK Address at check out

Shop at any UK websites like you usually would and use our UK address for delivery as your “Ship To” address. Be sure to include your unique membership number  so we know how to direct your package once it arrives!

Tip: Select UK currency and UK as your country – this way you will have access to the merchant’s free UK delivery and full product offering and best prices.

If the merchant doesn’t accept your credit card type or you’d simply like someone else to handle the ordering for you, use our Personal Shopper service and  we’ll purchase the products for you!

Step 4: Your package arrives at our UK Office.

When your package arrives at our UK Office, we log it into your account and immediately send you an email notification with the order number , sender’s name, weight of the package and the date & time it was logged in to our system.

Every item received for you is inspected by our experts. Broken items, items that do not match what you ordered, and prohibited items are automatically flagged for your review. If you would like to return merchandise to the merchant, we can do that for you in most instances.

As a USWD member, you have 24/7 access to your online account information. You can login at any time to see package details including the description, duty code, and price for every item received in every package. You can also request a variety of services on your packages including:

• product returns to merchant
• checking size, color, or make of items
• taking photographs of items
• scans of the merchant’s invoice
• and many more!

• Step 5: Your merchandise is delivered to your Door!All USWD members can request to send  Immediate, Hold-Until-Requested, or a set Schedule for shipping frequency.
  In Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda We have our own door 2 door courier service and you will get all your shopping’s on your doors and your shipping cost will include customs fee and deliver. You will have option to collect from our collection centers.For any other country in Africa or worldwide, We partner with premium global couriers DHL, DPD and UPS for door to door priority delivery in 2 to 3 days. You can set a courier preference or we will automatically select the fastest & least expensive courier option (DPD, DHL or UPS) for you on reach shipment.
